ANNA L. HECKER

Anna L. Hecker, 92, of Valders, formerly of Manitowoc, died Friday morning in Manitowoc Health Care Center.
Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday in Trinity Lutheran Church, Town of Liberty. The Rev. C. R. Rosenow will officiate and burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery, Manitowoc.
Mrs. Hecker, nee Anna Roseler, was born Sept. 6, 1896, in Germany, daughter of the late August and Ernestina Arnsdorf Roeseler. She was married to J. August Hecker Oct. 15, 1913, in Collins. He preceded her in death Aug. 10, 1952.
Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Hover (Ruth) Knutson of Valders ;four grandsons, Juel and Marie of Valders; Hover G. and Gail of Texas, Earl and Donna of Michigan and Warren and Marge of Valders; a granddaughter, Randi and Thomas Kupsch of Florida, 15 great grandchildren, a great great grandson and a brother-in-law, Edwin Schnell of the Town of Liberty. Three brothers and two sisters preceded her in death.
Friends may call in Christianson-Deja Funeral Home, Valders, 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday and in the church from 12:30 p.m. Monday until the time of service. Memorials may be made to Trinity Lutheran School or the Retinitis Pigmentosa Foundation.

Marriage of Julius August/Anna Hecker
Wedding bells rang merrily on Wednesday, Oct. 15th, when the Misses Anna and Emma Roesler of Eaton became the brides of Aug. Hecker and John Niemand, respectively at the Lutheran church. A fuller account of the wedding will be given next week.
