Diana Lynn Kulka, 41, of Keokuk died Thursday, July 4, in her home.

She was born June 7, 1955, in Keokuk to Glen and Mona Hileman Johnson.

Survivors include: her mother, Mona Johnson of Keokuk; her father and stepmother, Glen and Marguerite Johnson of Donnellson, Iowa; one sister, Glenda Branson (Russell) of Farmington, Iowa; one brother, Raymond Johnson and one half brother, Todd Johnson, both of Keokuk; two stepsisters, Cheryl Baker (Tom) of Fort Madison, and Donna Garcia of Kentucky, one stepbrother, Gerald Woodley (Kathy) of Donnellson; one half-sister, Joyce Young (Scott) of Donnellson; and step grandmother, HIlda Hardin of Donnellson.
She was preceded in death by one nephew, aunts and grandparents.
She had been employed at Coastal Mart.
Services will be 1:30 p.m. Thursday at the Vigen Memorial Home in Keokuk, with Brother Bill Abegglen officiating.
Burial will be in the Hickory Grove Cemetery in rural Keokuk.
