Mr. Saunders was born Feb. 26,
1904, at McCracken and was a longtime
Hays resident. He was a retired
roofing contractor.
His wife, Clara, died in 1936

Survivors include his son, Earl Jr.
of Hays; four grandchildren; four
great-grandchildren; and four greatgreat-
grandchildren.
The funeral will be 10 a.m. Monday
at the Hays Memorial Chapel, the
Rev. Bill Miller officiating. Burial
will be in the LaCrosse City Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 6 p.m. •
