Joe Michael Ortega of Hempstead, Texas went to be with the Lord at the age of 35. Joe was born to Mike and Mary Ortega. He is survived by his parents and wife Rosemaria Ortega, his sons; Joe Galban Ortega, Michael Ortega, Angel Ortega and Joe Michael Acosta. He is also survived by his brothers; Tony Contreras, Michael Ortega Jr., Vicente Delatorre and sisters; Amanda Lopez, Blanca Rosales, Angelica Ortega, Eva Uvalle, and Elia Chaney.
Visitation was held Monday, September 10, 2012 with Rosary at McWilliams Funeral Home and the funeral service Tuesday September 11, 2012 at St. Katherine Drexel Catholic Church in Hempstead, Texas
Interment following at St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery. All arrangements under the direction of McWilliams Funeral Home.
