Kris was born in Wadena, MN to Gordon and Lu Schlichting. She married Brian Kircher on November 28, 1997 in Love of Christ Church, Sartell, MN. Kris loved to train dogs and being a grandmother was her favorite occupation! She was a member of Love of Christ Church and was active in 4-H, American Kennel Club and Rice Creek Hunting Dog Club.
