Miss Dora Rapp, aged 33, died at nine p. m. on Sunday at the White Cross hospital at Columbus following an operation for appendicitis which she underwent on the previous Monday.
She is survived by her father George Rapp, four brothers: Jacob Rapp; Peter and John Rapp of Beaver and Edward of Barberton.
Also four sisters, Misses Loretta and Rose of Beaver; Mrs. Clara Callihan of Jackson and MRs. Gladys Chandler of Lucasville.
Burial was held at the home in Beaver on Wednesday at two p. m. and burial was made in Beaver Union cemetery.
