Ursula Keller was the daughter of Lorenz Laurence Keller and Agatha Elbs Keller.
She immigrated to America 28 Aug 1853 in New York, New York. She came aboard the ship Susan Hicks in steerage, departing from Le Harve, France.
Ursula Keller married Matthias Haungs at SS Peter & Paul Roman Catholic Church, Rochester, New York, USA on 29 November 1854.
They lived in Rochester and later Niagara Falls, New York, before settling in Peoria Illinois in 1866, with their family.
Together they had 10 children, with only 1 child surviving to adulthood.
Matthias a blacksmith, died in 1880 from Chronic Hepatitis.
Ursula married Liebhard Kreideweis (born in 1827 Lausheim, Baden, Germany) on May 26, 1881 in (his 3rd and her 2nd). The marriage didn't work well. It was never dissolved, but he moved to New York, leaving Ursula behind in Peoria. Liebhard then passed away on 8 Dec 1887.
Ursula, again widowed, then married Nicolaus Walter (born in Schweinfurt, Bavaria, Germany) on July 17, 1888. This was a third marriage for both.
Again, Ursula became widowed with the passing of Nicolaus on March 31, 1896.
Ursula is buried next to Benedict Haungs and Nicolaus Walter in St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in West Peoria, Illinois.
