Lori Visser passed away peacefully on October 15, 2012, surrounded by family. She was freed from her 2-1/2 year battle with cancer and has been restored to health with Jesus in Heaven.

Lori was born in Bellflower, CA, on June 12, 1958, and moved to Skagit Valley as a child. Lori attended Mt. Vernon Christian School and Lynden Christian High School and was a member of First Christian Reformed Church in Mt. Vernon where she met her loving husband Dave.

Lori had a passion for loving and caring for her family and friends. She devoted her efforts to making every moment as special as it could possibly be. Her thoughtful, caring, loving, and detailed nature was displayed in how she made those around her feel special on birthdays, vacations, holidays, and each day in between.

Lori valued her faith and wanted nothing more than her family to share that faith. She dedicated many hours to serving at church and at Mount Vernon Christian School. Please make memorials to Mount Vernon Christian School, 820 West Blackburn Rd. Mt. Vernon, WA 98273.
