Born in Schenectady, NY, he moved to Dunnellon from Hollywood, FL, seven years ago after retiring from the City Of Miami Solid Waste Department.
He is survived by his son Robert Nigro Jr., and daughter, Nicole Nigro both of Dunnellon; three grandsons, Christian; Jeremiah II; and Gabriel; father, Anthony Louis Nigro, Latrobe, PA; five brothers and five sisters; and many nieces and nephews.
Memorial Service will be on Friday, November 2nd at 5 p.m. at Grand View Church, 12401 SW Hwy 484, Dunnellon.
