He was also preceded in death by three brothers and one sister.
Lloyd is survived by three daughters, Sue Perry, Sandy (John) Rathburn and Cindy (Charlie) Long; three sons, Tom (Juanita) Hanstedt, Tim Hanstedt and Todd (Jinna) Hanstedt; 14 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; one sister, Beverly Minne; and brothers, his twin, Floyd Hanstedt and Leroy Hanstedt.
He was a World War II and Korean War veteran, serving in the U.S. Navy.
He was a supervisor of maintenance at Bridgestone-Firestone in Decatur.
