I have been working on my family history for many years. I discovered Find a Grave as a data base while looking for relatives. I had spent a lot of time walking through cemeteries as part of my research and always took a picture of the grave marker as a way of keeping records. It took a while but I finally realized I should be putting all these relatives and pictures on Find a Grave so others might get the same benefit I received from other contributors. I have found it to be very rewarding. Thank you to all the contributors who have inspired me and a special thanks to those who have graciously transferred family memorials.
