I live in East Tn. I've been interested in genealogy since I made my first family tree when I was 8 years old. Things have changed a lot since then!

My father's lines mostly follow the typical Scots/Irish family migration from VA through NC and into TN. Names include Pitt, Pardue, Baggett, Averitt, Gupton among others. My mother's lines are mostly German, through PA into OH. Names include Miller, Gwinner, Kibler and Harriger.

I've also done extensive research on my husband's family centered mostly in the East TN/Western NC area. His names include Whitehead, Gregory, Rainbolt, Caylor, Headrick, Emert and Coleman, Culpepper, Hale, Hicks, and Runnion, among others.
