Bio

I have been doing Genealogy for almost 40 years and have traced many relatives back to fifth, Sixth and even 7th generations. My family names are of Course Sharp, Albright, Clapp, Coate, Elleman, Ward, Spitler to name a few. My sixth time great Grandfather is George Valentine Clapp who built the old Brick Church located near Alamance County, North Carolina. He came here around 1745. It was Orange County at the time before it became Guilford and Alamance. My one struggle is with my three time Great Grand Father(Daniel Sharp) parents. I am now living where my family came to North Carolina and I must say it is rich with heritage. I believe it will take the DNA "Y" Chromosome test to find out.
