I did my first family history back in the late 1980s with no computer or internet. I only had my typewriter and a place to make copies. I used libraries, the mail, called people long distance, and managed to pull it off.

Needless to say I love having a computer and the internet to research family history. We can now reach further back and connect with others with the same passion.

I love updating memorials on here because I feel like I'm bringing a family together that's been blown to the 4 winds over the years.
