Old Young Cemetery is located in the SW corner of farmland once owned by Thomas Humphries Young on Childress Road in the Kevil community of McCracken County, Kentucky. This cemetery is mentioned on January 6, 1882, will of Thomas Humphries Young. In the will, Mr. Young describes the land as his "old farm" and the cemetery as "the old family burying grounds" where family and friends are buried. He stated his desire to be buried alongside his family. The farm was deeded to his daughter Elizabeth E. (Young) Rudolph and her husband, John W. Rudolph on Sept 3, 1881, deed book a28, p.279 in McCracken County. This burial ground is located on land now owned privately.
