She was born to Joseph and Laura J. Carson Ott in New Castle, Pa., on Jan. 23, 1888. She was the widow of Charles Minner who died in 1931. Survivors include one sister, Mrs. Lavina Rowe of New Castle; a brother, Ellsworth Ott of Mineral Ridge, Ohio; and one grandson. She was also preceded in death by a son Jay Minner in 1947.
