Jeanette was a checker at the A & P Grocery Store in Holton.
She was a member of St. Dominic Catholic Church in Holton, the Altar Society at the church, and was a Volunteer Leader with the Girl Scouts.
She married Cletus Wichman on May 17, 1939 at Sts. Peter & Paul Catholic Church in Seneca. He died February 3, 1994.
Survivors include a son, Max Wichman and wife Therese, Topeka; a daughter, Colleen Bremer and husband, Galen, Lyndon; one brother, Jim Nolte, Chicago; two sisters, Claudia Woodruff, Nacogdoches, TX and Georgetta VanCott, in Washington state; five grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, October 31st at St. Dominic Catholic Church in Holton. Burial will follow in Sts. Peter & Paul Cemetery at Seneca.
