Born to the late Edward R. and Mary Randosh Soja, he was a graduate of Tunkhannock High School, class of 1976, and was also a graduate of Kansas State University. A Navy veteran, he was employed as a land research and survey technician for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Department of General Services.
Surviving are his companion, Beth Long; brothers David, of Clarks Summit, and Edward, of Factoryville; two nieces and a nephew.
He was preceded in death by a brother, Christopher Soja.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at the Church of the Nativity B.V.M., Tunkhannock.
