Arthur, known to his family and friends as "Joe", was born in Morse, LA to the late Clarence and Alia Vincent Thibodeaux on September 9, 1936. He served his country honorably in the United States Army. Joe was retired from the state agriculture department. He enjoyed cross word puzzles, reading the Enquirer, and working in his garden and yard. Joe was known for his wide variety of whistling. You could always tell his mood and direction he was going by the tune of his whistle. He also loved spending time with his family.
Joe was preceded in death by his parents, Clarence and Alia Thibodeaux; one sister, Eldarene Myers; his brother, Burnell P. Thibodeaux; and one niece, Amanda Thibodeaux.
