Kristina Hildenbrandt, age 88, formerly of 455 Logan Road, Apartment 51, died early Thursday morning at Woodlawn Nursing Home following a brief illness. Mrs. Hildenbrandt was born June 18, 1911 in Yugoslavia, and has lived in Mansfield since 1956. She was a member of the Apostolic Christian Church on Middle-Bellville Road. Surviving are a nephew, Fred Frey of Mansfield; one niece, Johnna Keiser of Mansfield; and a half-sister, Katie Koch of Ontario-Canada. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Hildenbrandt; a son, Joseph; a sister-in-law, Johanna (Ulmer) Frey and a brother, Friedrich Frey. Friends may call at the Diamond Street Home of Wappner Funeral Directors Sunday from 3-5 p.m. Funeral services will be held Monday at 1:00 p.m. at the funeral home, conducted by George Freund. Burial will be in Mansfield Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to the Apostolic Christian Church.
