KIMBERLY Services were held at noon today for Joseph R. Riedel Sr. 79, Kimberly, Who died Friday afternoon in Bethel Home, Oshkosh. Monsignor Carl Stiener officiated at services in Holy Name Catholic Church, Kimberly. Burjal was in the par-ish cemetery.
Mr. Riedel was born Aug. 24, 1902, in Ellis, Kan. His wife died in 1948. He came to Kimberly in 1929 and was employed at Kim-
berly-Clark for 45 years. He was a member of K-C Quar-ter Century Club and Holy Name Catholic Church. Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Laurence (Helen) Ulrich, Neenah, and Mrs. Gordon (Sharon) Lefeber, St.Cloud, Wis., seven sons, Joseph Jr, and David, both of Menasha, William, Oshkosh, John, Neenah, James, Com-bined Locks, Jerome,Post, Texas, and Robert, Vista, Calif.; one brother, Martin, Detroit, Mich.; three sisters,Mrs. C.S. (Nettie) Drieling and Mrs. Andrew (Molly) Piefer, both of Ellis, Kan., and Mrs..J. (Magdeline) Harris, Houston, Texas; 31 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
