Theresia Gerdes, wife of John C. Gerdes, died at thee home of her daughter, Mrs. Fred Senn of 1326 Brick street, yesterday morning at 11:10 o'clock.

She was born in Austria February 20, 1864, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. John Korger. Coming to America with her parents 52 years ago, the family settled in Burlington where Mrs. Gerdes had since made her home.

Besides her husband she is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Fred Senn, Mrs. Herman Reinzel, and Mrs. Edward Burgus, all of Burlington; two brothers, John and Paul Korger, both of Burlington; one sister, Mrs. William Connors of Bandette, Minnesota, and eight grandchildren. She was a member of St. John's Catholic church.

Funeral arrangements have not been made
