BAYONNE Stella Botwin (nee: Zlotek), 93, of Bayonne, passed away on Wednesday, April 10th, 2013 at the Elms of Cranberry, N.J. She was born in Bayonne and was a lifelong resident. She was a homemaker and years ago worked part time as a seam-stress for a local Bayonne dress factory. Stella was predeceased in April of 2012 by her beloved husband Bruno Botwin. She was also predeceased by her siblings; Joseph and Edward Zlotek and Sophie Bakowski. She was the loving mother of Thomas Botwin and his wife Nancy; dear grand-mother of Darryl Straka and Thomas Botwin; cherished great-grandmother of Sophie, Stella, Leo and Joseph; devoted sister of Emily Esposito. Also survived by her nieces and nephews: Edward and Mary, Phyllis and Dave, Robert, Susan, Tom, Craig, Becky, Timmy and Matthew. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Saturday, April 13th, 2013 at 10:00 a.m. from Our Lady of Mt. Carmel Church, Bayonne. Interment will follow at Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
