Rebecca Okun Koss, 84, formerly of 202 Gifford Parkway, Syracuse, died Saturday at the Jewish Home of Central New York. She was a life resident of Syracuse. She was a former member of the Temple Society of Concord and a member of the Association of Retarded Children. Her husband, Simon, died in 1986.
