Rubina Amanda Noack, 94, died Saturday, May 21, 2005, at her home in Georgetown.

She was born November 10, 1910, in Thorndale to John and Pauline (Kieschnick) Michalk. On November 22 1931 she married August Jacob Noack at St. Paul Lutheran Church in LaPryor. He died March 22, 1990. She was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Walburg and was a former Sunday school teacher there.

Preceding her in death were her husband August; her parents, five brothers and four sisters; granddaughter, Sheila Midgett Kappler; sons-in-law, Bud Fehl, Woody Urgan and Mark Wolf; and her daughter-in-law, Ramona Noack.

Survivors include her sons, Edgar Noack of Roanoke, Richard Noack and wife Paula of Spring, and Slim Noack and wife Judy of Georgetown; daughters, Vi Fehl of Beaumont, Margaret Kalmbach and husband Bill of Austin, Clara Urban of Hutto, Stella Midgett and husband Garland of LaGrange, Linda Almazan and husband Jr. of Walburg, and Laura Wolf of Walburg.

Visitation was held on Sunday, May 22, 2005, from 6 until 8 p.m. at The Gabriels Funeral Chapel in Georgetown. Funeral services were held Monday, May 23, 2005, at 2 p.m. at Zion Lutheran Church in Walburg, with Pastor John Davenport officiating and burial following at Zion Lutheran Church Cemetery in Walburg.

Serving as pallbearers were Matt Fehl, David Wolf, Jon Noack, Phil Noack, Dan Noack and Stanley Almazan
