Lutheran Church--Missouri Synod pastor who served in Texas as a circuit counselor from 1930 to 1940 and then from 1940 to 1948 as a member of the Board of Missions for the LCMS's Texas District. In 1949 he was called to Eglise Lutheran Libre, France and served there until 1958 as its vice-president.
