Mrs. Mary Heitkamp died at her residence last Wednesday morning. She lived in a cottage on the west side of the highway for many years. She was aged 80 years, 4 months and 19 days.
She was the widow of the late Anton Heitkamp who passed away seventeen years ago. She was born in Minster on Jan 3, 1855, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Henry (Elizabeth Thobe) Huelskamp. She was married to Mr. Heitkamp fifty-eight years.
There are no living children but she is survived by two half brothers, Henry Schemmel of Osgood, and Frank Schemmel of Hamilton, Oh.
The funeral will take place on Saturday at St. Augustine church and cemetery.
