Andi was born in January 1958 at West Valley Hospital in Encino, Calif., to Victor H. Tuttle III and JoAnn (Jody) Damron Tuttle.
In 1963, the family moved from Woodland Hills to Thousand Oaks where Andi was raised. She graduated from Thousand Oaks High School and later attended Moorpark and Hancock Colleges.
Andi was very interested in genealogy and had been working on her family history. She delighted in keeping in contact with her many friends on the internet. Andi was very artistically inclined and enjoyed stained glass, photography, crafting and reading.
Andi is survived by her husband, Jeffrey Makowski; beloved children Alesha and Damien Burke; parents, Victor and Jody Tuttle; brother, Victor "Corky" H. Tuttle IV and his partner, Kathy and her daughter, Carrie; brother, Kregg K. Tuttle; nephew, Brandon K. Tuttle; and sister-in-law, Nadine Gentry.
Andi requested cremation, which has occurred.
A celebration of her life will be held at 2 p. m. Saturday, March 14, 2009, at the Kuehl-Nicolay Funeral Home, 1703 Spring St., in Paso Robles.
