BRIGHTON - Mrs. Joe Shelangoski, 64, of Pleasant Plain died at 1 a.m. today in the Washington County Hospital after an illness of four years.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 22, 1961, at 9 a.m. (CST) in St. Joseph's Catholic Church at East Pleasant Plain. Burial will be in the cemetery there, with the Rev. Henry Geers in charge.
Rosary will be held at the Gould Funeral Home in Brighton Friday at 8 p.m. (CST).
Emma Pauline Stalder was born April 12, 1897 near Wayland, a daughter of John and Magdalena Schumacher Stalder. She was married May 1, 1945 to Joe Shelangoski and they moved to Pleasant Plain in 1945.
Survivors include her husband; one brother, Emil Stalder of Washington; one sister, Leah Kauffman of Washington."
