LYONS - Ralph Oscar Vincent, 72, died March 25, 1998, at Sandstone Heights Nursing Home, Little River.
He was born Sept. 11, 1925, at Alden, the son of Joseph Clark and Nevada Dee Holmes Vincent. A Lyons resident since 1988, he was a retired farmer and stockman.
He belonged to Sterling United Methodist Church.
On Sept. 22, 1946, he married Joreen T. Hoops at Alden. She survives.
Other survivors include: three sons, Stephen Edward Fox-Vincent, Sterling, John Clark Vincent, Mission, and Robert Wessel Vincent, Alden; a daughter, Toni Marie Vincent, of the home; a sister, Merna Dee Gilmore, Aledo, Ill.; six grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Sillin Funeral Home, Lyons, with the Rev. James Graves presiding. Burial will be in Lyons Municipal Cemetery.
Memorials may be sent to Sterling United Methodist Church or to Sandstone Heights Nursing Home, Little River, both in care of the funeral home.

LYONS - Ralph Oscar Vincent, 72, died March 25, 1998, at Sandstone Heights Nursing Home, Little River.
