A memorial service will be held Sunday, July 21, 2013 at Memorial Lutheran Church, Sioux Falls at 4:30 pm.
Wilma was the first of two daughters born to Chester and Ellen (Thomas) Fett. She grew up in South Dakota and attended school in Brandt, Lennox and Sioux Falls, graduating in 1972. She then attended Lutheran Deaconess School of Nursing and received her Registered Nursing diploma She worked at McKennan Hospital in Sioux Falls for a few years.
She continued her education and ultimately received her Doctor of Medicine degree from the University of South Dakota in 1986. Dr. Fett worked in California and Oklahoma with emphasis in internal medicine, adolescent medicine and psychiatry. For the last several years she was a staff psychiatrist at Griffin Memorial Hospital in Norman, Ok. She enjoyed gardening, traveling and as her mobility declined she received the greatest enjoyment from her pets, reading a good mystery and visiting with friends.
Grateful to have shared her life is her sister Janet and her husband Dave Wictor; nieces Katie and Sara Wictor and many aunts, uncles, cousins and friends including her special friends Vicky and Allison in Oklahoma. She was preceded in death by her parents and grandparents.

In lieu of flowers, memorial may be sent to Orphan Grain Train( http://www.ogt.org/)or American Red Cross to aid the Oklahoma Tornado victims.
