Mrs. McKenzie Dies Following 3-Month Illness Mrs. Josephine DeBoard McKenzie, 67, of 938 Harris St., Catlettsburg, died at 9:30 p.m. Tuesday in King's Daughters' Hospital following an illness of three months. Born March 17, 1900, at Paintsville, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Lydia Meade Wilcox. She had been a resident of Catlettsburg for the past eight years and was a member of the Buchanan Church of God. Surviving are the husband, Hiram McKenzie, one daughter, Mrs. Martha Fode of Kent, WA: two sons, Herman and Levi DeBoard, both of Catlettsburg; three sisters, Mrs. Delphia VanHoose, Mrs. Tave Daniels, and Mrs. Dora Mead, all of Paintsville; two brothers, John and Levi Wilcox, both of Paintsville; 26 grandchildren, and two great grandchildren. The body will be removed from the Miller Funeral Home to the residence where friends may call after 10:00 a.m. Thursday. Funeral arrangements are incomplete.
