Elizabeth Rose Gerber,89 died at Dodge City Regional Hospital,Dodge City,Ks. after a short illness. She was born at Breese,Ill. She married Edward V. Gerber on Jan. 21,1914 at Waterloo,Oh. He died Jan.15,1973. She had been a Dodge City resident since 1935.
She was a member of Sacred Heart Cathedral, Altar Society and Daughters of Isabella all of Dodge CIty,KS.
Survivors are sons,Richard,Robert both of Dodge City,KS and Marvin of ElPaso,Tx; daughters, Mary Lee Schneweis,Doris Goff and Jeanette Gerber all of Dodge City; Joann Schwarz of Offerle,Ks,Mabel Theising of North Platte,Neb; brothers, Martin Huelskamp of Fowler,Ks,Vincent Huelskamp of Garden City, Alvin Huelskamp of Spivey; sister, Clara Thissen of Kingman,Ks. 33 grandchildren and 43 great-grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
