Ida (Wagner) Mueller, widow of Charles Justus Mueller were married May 10, 1893 in San Antonio, Bexar County, Texas. Ida parents were Paul F. A. Wagner and Louise Emilie Rummel. Ida and her husband Charles had one son, Charles Paul Mueller (Sr.) b.Aug. 30, 1894 San Antonio, Texas-d. April 10, 1975 San Antonio, Texas). Charles Paul Mueller was only 6 months old when his father Charles Justus Mueller died from a ruptured appendix which an emergency surgery was performed by Dr. Adolph Herff, however, Dr. Herff was not able to not save him. Ida and baby Charles P. Mueller then moved to her parent's home at 506 Nolan Street in San Antonio which was a short walk from her late husband's parents Charles Hubert Mueller and Emilie (Braun) Mueller's home at 229 Madison St. Ida raised her son Charles Paul Mueller with the help of her family. Ida's son was educated at the University of Texas, and retired as U.S. Air Force Lt. Colonel. Charles Paul Mueller married Kathryn "Kitty" Keppler-McKenna and they had one son, Charles "Chick" Paul Mueller, Jr. born in Chicago, Illinois on March 31, 1934. "Chick" married Barbara "Bobbie" Anne Stewart and they had 1 daughter and 1 son. "Chick" and "Bobbie" later divorced.
