Ruth Reinholz, age 94, formerly of 1614 Michigan Ave, Sheboygan, died on Thursday, October 5, 2006, at Morningside Health Center.
Born in Sheboygan on August 1, 1912, Ruth was a daughter of the late William and Lydia (Lang) Methfessel. She attended Jefferson Grade School and Central High School.
On June 28, 1941, Ruth was united in marriage to Karl J. Reinholz at Ebenezer United Church of Christ in Sheboygan. He passed away on October 27, 1992. Ruth was a homemaker most of her life, and had also worked at Hills Department Store and American Bandage Company.
Ruth was a member of Ebenezer United Church of Christ and served in the Ladies Aide Society. She had also been a member and past Oracle of Royal Neighbors of America. Ruth greatly enjoyed cooking, playing cards, and solving word-find puzzles.
Ruth is survived by her son and daughter-in-law; two grandsons; a great-grandson; and a sister-in-law.
She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Marvin Methfessel, Sr., and William Methfessel; and a sister, Lillian Klabechek-Fahl.
The funeral service for Ruth Reinholz will be conducted at 7:00 p.m., Monday, October 9, 2006, at Novak-Ramm-Ziegler Funeral Home with Rev. Dr. Roger Mealiff of Ebenezer United Church of Christ officiating. Family and friends may call at Novak-Ramm-Ziegler Funeral Home, S. 12th St, Sheboygan, from 3:00 p.m. until the time of service at 7:00 p.m. Entombment will take place at Sunrise Memorial Gardens in the town of Wilson.
