MRS. ANNA BRINKMAN CLAIMED WEDNESDAY

Mrs. Anna Brinkman, aged 79 years and three months, widow of Joseph Brinkman, died shortly after 11 a.m. Wednesday at her residence in Minster after an illness of one week from complications of age.

The aged woman, who resided here all her life, became critically ill Tuesday night. Members of her family were called to the home, and she received the last sacraments of the Catholic church.

Solemn requiem high mass for Mrs. Brinkman will be sung in St. Augustine church at 9 a.m. Monday. Rev. Otto Mueller, pastor, will be celebrant of the mass. Two priests will be named to assist in the service.

Born here Dec 23, 1866, daughter of Clemens and Caroline Busch Hinners, she married Mr. Brinkman Aug 31, 1887. He was brewmaster at the Wooden Shoe Brewery company over a half-century prior to his death Oct 8, 1943. A son, Frank, also preceded her in death, on June 30, 1932.

Four children survive, namely, Harry Brinkman, Mrs. Katherine Cozad, Walter Brinkman, and Mrs. Rose Schmeider, all of Minster. Joseph Hinners of Dayton is a brother. There are seven grandchildren and four great grandchildren.

Mrs. Brinkman was a member of the St. Monica society of the church.
