Terry Swigert, 57, passed away at her Brookings home on November 30, 2013.
She was born May 29, 1956 in Portland, Ore. to Darrell and Gay (Dahlin) Swigert. The family moved to Brookings when Terry was young – she attended Brookings schools and graduated from Brookings Harbor High School in 1974. Terry went on to work for Brookings Plywood and, later, as an office assistant for Dr.'s John and Marion Boye at Boyes' Chiropractic Practice. She enjoyed riding horses and volunteering her time to help others.
Survivors include her mother, Gay Swigert of Brookings, brothers, David Swigert of Brookings and Raymond Swigert of Eugene, Ore. Terry was preceded in death by her father in 1983.
