She was born in Holyoke, Minnesota to Converse and Lillian Martin Lull.

She is survived by two daughters, Beverly J. Harris, Manassas, Virgina and Carol J. Folmer, Fairfax, Virginia; one son, Robert L. Oltmanns, Berkeley Springs; nine grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren and four great great grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Adolf Oltmanns, Jr. on May 27, 1992; two sisters, Fern Lindberg and Cora Oltmanns and two brothers Clem Lull and Alfred Lull.
