Robert Lee Oltmanns, 81, of Hagerstown, Md., formerly of Berkeley Springs, died Thursday, April 7, 2016 at the NMS Health Care, Hagerstown.
He was the son of the late Adolf Oltmanns, Jr. and Mattie Jane Lull Oltmanns.
He is survived by two daughters, Roberta Footen and Karen Oltmanns; one son, Kenny Oltmanns; two sisters, Beverly Harris and Carol Folmer; three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one brother, Earl Oltmanns.
Services will be held at a later date.
