Wanda Lou Wilhelm-Little, age 64 years, of Fort Payne, Alabama formerly of Ider, died Saturday 8 June 1997 at her residence..of cancer. She was employed by Borders and Associates of Fort Payne and was a member of the First Baptist. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Ann Elizabeth Little-Dawson, a son, Michael Dale Little, and a Granddaughter, Amy Elizabeth Dawson. Her survivors include; Freda Cheryl Little, Janet Louise Little and Steven (Steve) Little. Grandchildren are; Robert Patrick Kotz. Melissa Rene Kotz, Steven Michael Little. Greats are.. Julie Kaye Kotz, Abby Lynn Kotz, and Jacob "Jake" L. Bryant. Wanda was married for over 21 years to John Sylvester "Vester" Little. They divorced in 1980 Dekalb County, Alabama. This family was in the United States Military (Army) for over 20 years. Ten years of that were spent on Army bases in Europe. Her parents are; Charles Edward "Chock" Wilhelm and Iantha "Ann" Moore-Wilhelm both of Ider, Alabama. Her grandparents are; William Glenn "Will" Moore and Mary Elizabeth "Betty" (Voiles) Tanner-Moore, both of Pisgah, Alabama Jackson County. Her great grandparents are; John Matthew Moore (died in Civil War) and Mary Jane Spearman-Moore, of Pisgah, Alabama and William Cranton Voiles and Susan Della Hall-Voiles, of Pisgah, Alabama in Jackson County on Sand Mountain. Her great-great grandparents are; James M. Moore and Mary Glenn Mays-Moore both of Cherokee County, Georgia. Wanda Lou Wilhelm-Little, is loved and missed by her family and friends...and will be remembered. Her grandparents are, Otto Wilhelm (1871-1945) and Julia Ann Henderson Vinson-Wilhelm (1867-1936) and her great grandparents are, Theodore Wilhelm and Nancy Jane Quick-Wilhelm of St. Clair County, Illinois. A great granddaughter Ashley Melissa Robillard of Georgia and a only brother, Kenneth Charles Wilhelm (Gwen) of Ider.
