She was born in either Sharpsburg or Etna, as a census record of her parents is hard to find. She lived with her son, Harvey, in Etna at the end of her life, estranged from her husband. The address was #87 Dewey Street in West Etna. Annie died in Pittsburgh at St. Francis Hospital of arteriosclerotic heart disease. Diabetes also affected her health, and a note on the death certificate indicated that she went through an amputation of her left leg before she died. Buried on October 26, 1937 with John Kekilty in charge of funeral services.
