Rosemary was born September 29, 1931 in Lawrence, KS and was raised by George and Grace Hall of Urbana. She attended Preston Schools, graduating in 1950, and worked on the family farm while growing up. Following graduation she went to Cosmetology School in Springfield, graduating in November 1950. In 1951, Rosemary married Dale F. Evans, and they moved to Wisconsin while he served in the Army, and there she worked as a waitress. After leaving Wisconsin, they moved to Macks Creek, MO where she owned and operated a beauty salon. In 1956 they moved to Marshall where she worked at Stampers, worked on the family farm, and raised their four children. She worked outside the home until 1992 when she retired from ConAgra. In April 2006 she became a member of First Assembly of God Church.

Rosemary was a very humble person, not wanting for extravagant or material things. Her family, and others, always came first, and she thought of herself last. She loved and adored every one of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, and cherished their visits. Having her family together, and their happiness, was very important in her life. In 2009, due to health reasons, they moved to Westport Estates, and in 2013 to The Living Center.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by one son, Earl Evans and wife Judy of Marshall; three daughters, Barbara Desmond and husband Larry of Hardeman, Roberta Zimmerman and husband Tommy of Marshall, and Pamela Evans and fiancé Robert Ancell of Marshall; 11 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; three brothers, Richard Adams and Arthur Adams of Kennewick, WA, Lloyd Adams of Carmichael, CA, two sisters, Dorothea Osborn of Long Lane, MO and Evelyn Kromer of Poway, CA; as well as nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother, Lewis Adams; one sister, Betty Rash; one grandson, Hank Evans; and one great-great-grandson, Bradley William Robison.
