He was born September 3, 1938, to Rita Velma and Willie Jacob Kotz, Sr., and had been a lifelong resident of the Mid-County area.
Frank was a veteran of the United States Army. He worked as an Operator for Equistar Chemical Company, having retired after twenty-seven years of employment. Frank enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time at the beach.
He is survived by his wife of twenty-one years, Sue Kotz; sons, Kevin Kotz and Jason Kotz and his wife, Tracie; daughters, Kimberly McKee and Jennifer Kotz; stepson, Todd Everett and his wife, Renee; stepdaughter, Kimberly McCracken; four grandchildren; four step grandchildren and sister, Sue Holt.
Frank is preceded in death by his wife, Mary Frances Kotz; parents, Willie Jacob and Rita Velma Kotz; and brothers, Willie Kotz, Jr. and Marlin Kotz.
