Son of Henry Conrad Green and Christina Yeager. Brother to Katherine, Mollie, Henry, George, Christina, John, Adam, Pauline, Anna, Edward and Margaret. First married Rita Frances Yorty; they had a daughter, Charlene; they divorced.
Margaret Mary Mollender was his second wife; they had a son and a daughter, Robert and Nancy. He passed away at the age of 76 at Presbyterian Denver Hospital. Services were at First German Congregational Church in Arvada January 4, 1990; burial at Crown Hill.
