Walter Henry Kleve, 90, of Hubbard Lake, Michigan, graced this earth with his presence for 90 years, went home to be with his Lord on Friday, July 29, 2011 at his home surrounded by his family. Walter passed away on the same property in which he was born on September 22, 1920 to the late August Kleve and Caroline (Kauer) Kleve and married Nora Liske on October 17, 1959.

He was a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church – Hubbard Lake. He was a lifelong farmer, worked for Denton Construction in Detroit before his retirement from the pulp wood industry.

Surviving were his wife Nora Kleve; 5 children, Walter (Kari) Kleve Jr., Arlene Lizotte, Karen Kleve, Jean (Allen) Matuzak, Edward Kleve; 10 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; 2 brothers, Albert Kleve and Arthur (Betty) Kleve.

Walter H. Kleve was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Adolph, Otto, Karl; 3 sisters, Helen Kleve, Elizabeth Maintzer and Pearl Sauer.
