Frances Jilek Rothenberger, 91, of Chester, formerly of Colonial Heights, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, March 11, 2010. She was the daughter of the late Emil August and Augusta Hasper Jilek. Mrs. Rothenberger was the widow of Raymond Raphial Rothenberger, and was preceded in death by a son, Maury Nixon Rothenberger; and a brother, Edwin Nixon Jilek. She was a retired employee from I.C.I. and Wal-Mart.
