Frank Gregorius, 80, of Spring Street in Canaseraga died Wednesday (Oct. 19, 1988) in Noyes Memorial Hospital.

Born June 2, 1908, in West Sparta, son of Jacob and Mary Bricks Gregorius, he was married to the former Georgia Price who survives. Retiring as a welder in 1971 from the Foster Wheeler Energy Corp. plant in Dansville, he was a member of the International Association of Machinists union for more than 40 years. He was a member of the FW 25-Year Club and of St. Mary's Church in Canaseraga. Mr. Gregorius had resided in Canaseraga since 1943.

Also surviving are two sons, Eugene of Hornell and David of Dansville; six daughters, Cynthia Gregorius of Newark, Patricia Maker, Molly Spencer, Mary Duthoy and Frances Hoffman, all of Canaseraga, and Anne Schneider of Livonia; 21 grandchildren and 14 great-grand-children.

A funeral service was conducted Saturday morning in St. Mary's Church at Canaseraga. Burial was in St. Mary's Cemetery there with arrangements by the Mann Funeral Home of Canaseraga.
