Jeri was born on Dec. 9, 1926, at Petersburg, the daughter of John and Rose (Selting) Faust. When she was 3 months old, the family moved to South Dakota. They lived in several communities around Polo, S.D., where she received her education.

On Sept. 26, 1950, she married Clarence Cutsor, in Polo, S.D. They started their married life on a farm south of Sutherland. They farmed for several years, then moved into Sutherland for a year before moving to Keith County, where they ran a resort on the north side of Lake McConaughy for 24 years.

In 1973, they moved near Lewellen. She worked at Albee's and for Ash Hollow State Park for many years. She went into Riverview Assisted Living in 2009 and in 2011 went to live at Indian Hills Nursing Home in Ogallala.

Among her hobbies were gardening and canning, crocheting, playing cards, watching rodeos and visiting with her friends.

Survivors include her daughters, Rosalie (Butch) Orr, of Lewellen, Dolores (Tim) Tague, of Omaha; granddaughter, Skylan Curnett, of Omaha; grandchildren, Misty (Jim) Biel, Jamie and Jasmine, all of Lewellen; Tina (Steve) Hunzeker, Jaiden, Aleyah and Kyrnne, all of York, Wesley (girlfriend, Rochelle Earl) Delatour, of Newman Grove; and Molly (Pat) Skomer, of Lincoln.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence in October 2009; her parents; brothers, Fred Bode, Ben Bode, Ralph Bode; and sisters, Frieda Witte and Sally Durkin, all of South Dakota.
