Called To Rest
William F. Arndt, 67, town Mosel farmer residing three and a half miles north of Erdman, passed away this morning at the St. Nicholas hospital after ailing for the past several weeks.
Born Feb. 20, 1880, on the farm homestead in the town of Mosel, the son of Henry and Augusta Arndt, he attended school at Haven and spent his entire life on the farm homestead.
He was married to Alma Albrecht, daughter of Mrs. and Mrs. Albert Albrecht, on June 4, 1904.
Survivors are his wife; two children, Melvin and Mrs. Robert (Verona) Rickmeyer of Sheboygan; three grand children; two sisters, Mrs. Carl Schmidt of Cleveland and Mrs. Henry Sebald of Elkhart Lake. Three brothers and two sisters preceded him in death.
Funeral services will be held, Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the Ballhorn Funeral chapels with the Rev. Martin Braun of Cleveland officiating. Burial will be made in the Lutheran cemetery in Sheboygan. Friends may call at the funeral chapels beginning Tuesday evening.
