Mrs. Anna Ronning Hompland, 54, of 4644 Colfax avenue south, died Monday at her home. She was born in Clark county, S. D. and was a missionary to China for 24 years for the Norwegian Lutheran church of America. She had returned to Minneapolis a year ago. Mrs. Hompland is survived by her husband, the Rev. Lars Hompland; four daughters, Bertha of New York, and Irene, Ruth and Ragna, all of Minneapolis; four brothers, Edward Ronning of Boyd, Minn., and Adolph, Birdan and Jacob Ronning, all of Minneapolis, and one sister, Miss Tilda Ronning of Minneapolis. Funeral services will be Friday at 2 p. m. at Bethlehem Lutheran church, Forty-first street and Lyndale avenue south.
